Responsibilities:
- Drive Global Legal Spend Management technology strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps in alignment with Corporate Business Technology enterprise teams.
- Enable future-state GLO business capabilities focused on technology disruption, speed, agility, and flexibility.
- Build, prioritize, and deliver a digital pipeline with GLO to deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with Information Security & Risk Management to create policies/controls protecting enterprise assets.
- Shape and lead global diverse, highly engaged teams; foster an inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve outcomes and financial performance by optimizing current-state workflows and redesigning how business value is delivered.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or related field; Masterโs preferred.
- 10+ years of related technology and/or experience with legal organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of legal and spend management platforms/processes; experience with contracting, knowledge management, litigation, and/or intake/demand management platforms/processes.
- Data/analytics experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse global teams for implementation, deployment, and product management.
- Strong decision-making, consulting, and executive communication/presentation skills.
- AI experience: leveraging AI to enhance products/UX/business outcomes; understanding AI/agentic AI; integrating AI features into platforms; collaborating with data science/engineering to define requirements/feasibility; responsible/ethical AI practices; hands-on prompt engineering; rapidly adopting new AI tools.
