Director, Future Field Engagement Strategy β Metrics & Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead future-ready measurement frameworks for Customer Engagement and Go-to-Market success.
- Translate complex performance signals (e.g., claims, prescribing, payer, CRM insights) into clear measurement constructs.
- Shape balanced scorecards measuring outcomes and critical enterprise behaviors, partnering with Insights and Decision Science (IDS).
- Advise senior leadership with forward-looking insights on performance trends, risks, and opportunities with IDS.
- Reimagine incentive compensation strategies for evolving field roles, customer archetypes, and engagement models.
- Steward incentive frameworks with Incentive Compensation teams to ensure they are equitable, transparent, and motivating.
- Continuously evolve metrics and incentives based on market dynamics, transformation priorities, and field feedback with IDS.
- Partner with IDS, Finance, Field Leadership, and field enablement to keep frameworks agile and operationally impactful.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- 8+ yearsβ experience in incentive design, performance management, or field operations strategy in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries.
- Deep expertise in incentive compensation strategy and customer engagement metrics.
- Proven ability to design and scale data-driven models linking enterprise insights to field execution.
- Fluency in healthcare systems, including payer/provider dynamics and enterprise account management.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking; ability to synthesize data into insights and action plans.
- Trusted collaborator/communicator across functions and geographies.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise incentive compensation platforms and advanced analytics tools.
- Consulting or high-growth background; experience building scalable measurement and incentive constructs globally.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary expected to range from $185,500 to $344,500/year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on role level).
