Director, Forecasting - Neuroscience

Responsibilities:
- Develop realistic, transparent, assumption-driven demand forecasts; challenge assumptions and apply forecasting methodologies to support brand strategy.
- Prepare forecast assumptions using expertise/analogs from in-line Forecasting and research from Insights & Analytics.
- Support launch preparations with post-launch performance tracking via short-term revenue forecasts, comparables to actuals, and recommended adjustments.
- Deliver high-quality, timely forecasting analytic services, including statistical and machine learning solutions.
- Define, develop, and deliver models/analytics to answer business and operational questions.
- Create new analytics models/methods to identify untapped opportunities and automate routine measurements.
- Establish best-practice checklist for decomposing forecasts into subnational, segment-level elements; ensure consistency with other forecast leads.
- Coordinate with IC team (CE Ops) for territory-level growth goals aggregating to national level.
- Drive patient count requests for internal/external communications and IR for all US.
- Ensure value assessments address key market dynamics and that internal events are well-designed and documented.
Requirements:
- BS in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in forecasting/analytics/strategic planning in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
- Proven forecasting methods expertise to support brand strategies/business objectives.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Excellent communication; ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders; thrive in fast-paced environments.
Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ; not remote. ~10% travel (domestic and/or international).
