Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities (Actuals, Budget, Long Range Operating Plans, and other forecasts) with proper linkage to Global Customer Business Line and Corporate teams.
- Partner with commercial and analytics teams to forecast revenue, including pre-launch, post-launch, and competition scenario analysis.
- Partner with marketing, sales, operations, market access, market research, and other teams to assess business performance and drive growth.
- Provide strategic and financial insight on key decisions and new initiatives; develop, evaluate, and present business cases to senior leaders.
- Evaluate and communicate market, product, and financial performance drivers.
- Build talent within the team through guidance and feedback.
Additional Information:
- Aligned to Oncology business units; financial support across US Oncology portfolios.
- Oversees three direct reports.
- Located in Upper Gwynedd, PA.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelorโs Degree.
- Minimum 5 years supporting internal business customers (e.g., Marketing, Manufacturing, Research).
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, technology, marketing, or sales industries.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- MBA, CPA, or other Masterโs/PhD in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Strong compliance focus, financial acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of finance/planning/reporting systems.
- Ability to assess/manage risk and drive decisions.
- Strategic guidance for evolving operating models.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; relationship-building and influence.
- People management experience.
- Passion for healthcare industry; experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
