Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance partner for G&A leadership, Global Medical Affairs and Operations.
- Support all FP&A activities including budgeting/forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with accounting on month-end and quarterly close tasks, procure-to-pay processes, preparation of quarterly schedules, and support of external reporting and related audit inquiries.
- Prepare timely monthly budget-to-actual analyses, including variance reporting and results summaries.
- Drive accountability for G&A leadership, Global Medical Affairs and Operations spending with regular business reviews with functional heads.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency while maintaining flexibility.
- Develop and deliver training programs and support change management to drive adoption of new FP&A tools, systems, and ways of working.
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives (e.g., business development analysis, partner support, financing strategy).
- Leverage technology to drive efficiencies in the finance function.
- Assist with developing Board of Directors and Executive Level materials.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive finance experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
- Advanced degree in finance and/or business preferred.
- Experience supporting G&A functions in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent presentation, partnering, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex analyses.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or SAP considered an asset.

Compensation:
- $205 - $245 a year.
