Director, Finance Technology Solutions ERP

Role: Lead the transformation and ongoing management of Pacira's finance technology systems, primarily overseeing the migration to SAP S/4HANA and subsequent operations. Responsibilities: partner with Finance (including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury), IT, and external vendors to define system requirements, support data migration, and optimize financial processes; lead system design, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of finance platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Ariba, Concur, and ADP; ensure compliance with financial controls and data governance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, or related field; 8+ years in finance solutions delivery with hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience; experience in ERP migrations, integrations with enterprise platforms, and financial process design; familiarity with SOX compliance and financial data governance. Preferred: experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries.
