Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West (field-based; reports to Head of Field Reimbursement)

How you will contribute:
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors (access, coverage, reimbursement across sites of care)
- Provide performance management, coaching, and talent development; foster accountable, results-driven culture
- Partner with sales leadership across USOBU; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient access (Pricing, Access & Value; brand planning)
- Use data/insights to identify access barriers and execute targeted initiatives with Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, and Market Access
- Drive consistent, compliant execution via team forums, field coaching, and engagement with healthcare professionals
- Ensure adherence to compliant ways of working across cross-functional partnerships in-region

Minimum requirements/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management/Marketing or related)
- 10+ years biotech/pharma experience; 5+ years patient access or relevant reimbursement
- 2+ years “buy and bill” experience
- 3+ years Field Reimbursement Management; lead/develop team in matrix environment
- Experience in buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, HUB services
- Oncology launch experience (oral and injectable) highly preferred
- Strategic/analytical business acumen; executive presence; strong stakeholder credibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must reside in assigned area; travel 50–75%; valid driver’s license
