How you will contribute:
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with deep expertise in access, coverage, and reimbursement across all sites of care
- Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, results-driven culture with accountability and proactive stakeholder engagement
- Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and talent development
- Establish and foster strong relationships with sales leadership across the US Oncology Business Unit to drive alignment and business impact
- Partner with the Head of Field Reimbursement to shape access strategies, tactical execution, performance metrics, and aligned messaging supporting Pricing, Access and Value priorities and brand planning
- Use data to identify regional access barriers and partner cross-functionally (Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, Market Access) to develop and execute targeted initiatives
- Drive consistent, compliant execution via team forums, field coaching, and key meetings; ensure effective use of approved tools/resources with healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliant ways of working across cross-functional partnerships and field interactions within the region
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years biotech/pharma experience including 5+ years patient access or relevant reimbursement
- 2+ years ‘buy and bill’ experience
- 3+ years Field Reimbursement Management with proven ability to lead/develop in a matrix environment
- Experience in buy and bill reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services
- Oncology launch experience (oral and injectable) highly preferred
- Strong business acumen; strategic/analytical thinking; confident executive presence
- Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written)

- Must reside in assigned area of responsibility
- Travel 50–75%
- Valid driver’s license
