Director, Field Medical Effectiveness & Training

Role: Lead development and execution of training, onboarding, certification, and conference strategies within Field Medical to enhance medical engagement and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: design and implement scalable training programs, oversee medical congress planning, ensure compliance, and improve field effectiveness through data-driven initiatives. Requirements: advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD), 8+ years in Medical Affairs or Field Medical, including 4+ years in MSL roles; experience in medical training, capability-building, and cross-functional initiatives; proficiency with LMS, CRM tools, and training systems. HighValue: experience in autoimmune, thyroid eye disease, or rare diseases; strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards; proven success in scalable program development and stakeholder influence.
