Director, Field Enablement & Adoption

Role: Senior leader responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of digital tools, AI workflows, and new operational methods within the field force. Objectives include ensuring readiness, confidence, and sustained behavior change among field teams through targeted enablement strategies. Responsibilities encompass leading and developing a team of enablement professionals, designing scalable training programs, translating emerging digital capabilities into practical field applications, and establishing feedback mechanisms to optimize adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in digital enablement, workflow transformation, or product adoption within complex, matrixed industries such as pharma or biotech; proven leadership in field-facing teams; strong technical fluency with digital and AI tools; excellent stakeholder communication skills. Preferred: Experience supporting geographically dispersed organizations, hands-on enablement experience such as sandbox models, and background in STEM or information systems. High-Value: Focus on digital and AI-enabled workflows, field readiness, and adoption metrics. Work setup: Remote-based anywhere in the U.S., with 30% travel required; some restrictions may apply.
