The Director, Immunology Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) will lead the national strategy and execution of the Immunology Rheumatology FRM team, with direct leadership to 3+ Associate Directors and indirect leadership to as many as 50 Field Reimbursement Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set vision and execution priorities for the Rheumatology FRM team aligned to brand strategy and patient access goals; own the measurement framework (revenue, access velocity, pull-through, patient starts).
- Ensure FRM operating procedures and field activities comply with applicable regulations, AbbVie policies, and MLR-approved ways of working.
- Develop and execute a national strategy for patient services, access resources, and programs.
- Identify training needs; support in-field, regional, and national meeting execution.
- Build access infrastructure, training, and deployment models for new indication launches, new modalities, and geographic expansion.
- Monitor performance, activity, and capacity via analytics; shift from activity metrics to impact metrics.
- Drive a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, compliance, and customer-centricity.
- Identify and develop succession candidates at AD and FRM levels.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Legal, Compliance, Patient Support Services, and IT to navigate healthcare changes, maintain program integrity, and ensure accurate vendor data exchange.
- Ensure compliant, differentiated reimbursement support (coding, coverage, billing, patient affordability, and product acquisition).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/PharmD or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years progressive experience in field leadership, access/reimbursement market access, and healthcare strategy.
- 5+ years leading field-based teams; experience managing managers.
- Proven track record scaling in-field teams.
- Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement; specialty drug acquisition and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated cross-functional leadership impact.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Driving personal or company vehicle or powered material handling equipment.
