The Director, Immunology Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) will lead the national strategy and execution of the Immunology Rheumatology FRM team, providing direct leadership to 3+ Associate Directors and indirect leadership to up to 50 Field Reimbursement Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set team vision and execution priorities aligned to brand strategy and patient access goals; own measurement framework showing impact on revenue, access velocity, pull-through, and patient starts.
- Ensure FRM operating procedures and field activities comply with regulations, AbbVie policies, and MLR-approved ways of working.
- Develop and execute national strategy for patient services, access resources, and programs.
- Identify training needs and support execution of in-field, regional, and national meetings.
- Build access infrastructure, training, and deployment models for new indication launches, new modalities, and geographic expansion.
- Use analytics to monitor performance/activity/capacity and shift from activity metrics to impact metrics.
- Drive high-performance culture (accountability, compliance, customer-centricity).
- Identify/develop succession candidates at AD and FRM levels.
- Partner with Market Access, Trade, Legal, Compliance, Patient Support Services, and IT to navigate healthcare changes and ensure accurate vendor data exchange.
- Ensure differentiated reimbursement support (coding, coverage, billing, patient affordability, product acquisition).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MPH/PharmD or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years progressive experience in field leadership, access/reimbursement market access, and healthcare strategy.
- 5+ years leading field-based teams with experience managing managers.
- Proven track record building/scaling in-field teams.
- Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement, specialty drug acquisition, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated cross-functional leadership impact.
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements; may drive personal/company vehicle.
