Director, Facility Management

Role: Global Facility Management Lead responsible for establishing and maintaining global standards, governance, and operating models for facilities across Genmab's portfolio. Objectives include developing policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure high-quality, consistent facilities operations that support regional and site teams with flexibility. Responsibilities encompass defining service delivery models, managing vendor qualification and performance, leading technology strategy for workplace management platforms, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in ESG, procurement, and digital teams to align environmental, energy, and sustainability goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related; 12+ years in global Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in regulated, lab, or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience in developing standards, governance frameworks, and operating models; expertise in vendor management, facilities technologies (IWMS, CMMS, CAFM), and data-driven performance metrics. Proven stakeholder influence within matrixed organizations and strong communication skills are essential. Preferred: Advanced degree, experience with sustainability and ESG reporting, and international travel readiness (~10-20%).
