Responsibilities:
- Lead an integrated cross-functional team to deliver reliable, compliant bulk and finished product supply from external Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
- Manage the full subcontract relationship: business case, contract negotiation, cost accountability, and program execution; oversee third-party manufacturing operations to meet standards, pricing, and schedules.
- Own external-partner governance: performance improvement, risk identification/mitigation, and risk management strategies.
- Support supplier relationship management, including business reviews, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder groups to resolve technical, quality, or supply issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global third-party manufacturing team.
- Provide financial stewardship: P&L ownership, budget adherence, and cost reduction/cost savings targets.
- Sponsor sourcing and siting for new product commercialization (supplier capability evaluation, investments, supply agreement negotiation).
- Develop Long Range Plans (financials, volumes, headcount) to optimize the TPM footprint.
- Implement standard work/business processes to enable βone way of working.β
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years leadership in manufacturing/supply chain/operations; 3β5 years in leadership; Plant Manager/GM experience preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing subcontracted relationships.
- Ability to translate strategy into results; outstanding negotiation skills; long-term strategic thinking; strong verbal and written communication.
