Director – Executive Director, PK/PD & Pharmacometrics (Level based on experience)

Role: Director/Executive Director of PK/PD & Pharmacometrics, providing scientific leadership in model-informed drug discovery and development across Lilly's portfolio. Responsibilities: lead PK/PD analysis, support dose and target selection, drive data-driven decision-making, prepare regulatory documents, and mentor scientists. Engage in Phase I-III studies, interact with regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, PMDA), and represent the group externally. Requirements: PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Statistics), 8+ years in clinical pharmacology or PK/PD, deep understanding of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience with regulatory interactions preferred.
