Role Responsibilities:
- Own hands-on delivery, operationalization, and continuous improvement of one or more Evidence Generation systems (requirements through release/hypercare), ensuring sustainability and scalability.
- Lead strategically important cross-system capabilities across interdependent Evidence Generation systems and external dependencies.
- Translate Evidence Generation business priorities into functional requirements, system designs, and integration approaches.
- Drive roadmap-aligned delivery (backlog readiness, sprint execution, releases) with Pfizer Digital and external vendors.
- Lead system-level and cross-system integrations/dependencies (including upstream/downstream systems), balancing delivery risk, compliance, and business impact.
- Define and execute training, user enablement, and communication strategies to support adoption and sustained value.
- Serve as senior system owner/escalation point for issue resolution and release stabilization.
- Execute roadmap initiatives by managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and surfacing implications via governance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IEG, Medical & Scientific Evidence Generation Ops, Medical Affairs, HV&E, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Compliance, Digital) and vendors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/IS/Engineering or related + 9+ years owning/delivering regulated enterprise systems; or Master’s + 7–9 years; or PhD/PharmD/MD + 4–6 years.
- Experience in matrixed teams with cross-functional collaboration and vendors.
- Solid understanding of Evidence Generation processes and end-to-end lifecycle/system interdependencies.
- Working knowledge of GxP and pharmaceutical compliance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in ambiguity.

Preferred:
- Hands-on experience owning enterprise systems and leading complex cross-system delivery in regulated environments.
- Translate workflows into executable system designs/requirements/integration approaches.
- Experience owning/modernizing Evidence Generation systems; workflow-based enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience leading multi-system integrations beyond direct control; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Base salary $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20%; eligible for long-term incentive; benefits include 401(k) with match, retirement contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
