Role Overview
Directly supports Commercial and Medical teams; oversees engagement of external stakeholders; provides compliance subject matter expertise; leads development of policies, training, and communications; reviews materials/engagement requests; consults across medical, clinical, and commercial functions. Reports to the Global Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, timely, solutions-oriented compliance advice.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging risks and enforcement trends.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Global Operations leaders to ensure integrated efforts.
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance risks tied to external engagements.
- Oversee HCP/HCO engagement processes (e.g., FMV, contracting).
- Develop and oversee compliance frameworks for key external stakeholders.
- Oversee product material reviews for compliance.
- Contribute to development of compliance policies.
- Conduct live training for business partners.

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s in related field (compliance); Masterโ€™s in business/accounting or JD preferred.
- 8+ years compliance and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience managing stakeholder-heavy projects in a global pharma setting.
- Extensive experience advising Commercial and Medical Affairs.
- Knowledge of advisory boards, speaker programs, and FMV compliance principles.
- Strong understanding of US biotech/pharma compliance processes, healthcare compliance/enforcement.
- Familiarity with False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, anti-bribery, and CDE rules.
- Ability to efficiently operationalize OIGโ€™s seven elements.
- Strong communication, integrity, organization, judgment; ability to work independently and prioritize.
