Responsibilities:
- Guide, develop, and mentor a diverse, high-performing, globally distributed team of IT professionals.
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for the ERP FICO portfolio, managing intake, prioritization, and release management with Product Managers and business leaders.
- Streamline and mature key IT processes (change and release management) with adherence to SOX, GxP, and IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and internal technology leaders; act as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
- Define and execute continuous improvement strategy, including vendor oversight and resourcing plans.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelorβs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience; 4+ years in leadership managing technical teams.
- Proven delivery/support experience with large-scale ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in core finance domains; ability to lead, coach, and develop global technical teams.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing/supporting SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience leading product-aligned IT teams, transitioning from waterfall to product-centric models.
- Experience maturing IT processes in post-separation or startup environments (change, release, problem management).
- Deep familiarity with regulated environments (SOX, GxP).
- Ability to build relationships and influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
