Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary SME for key boundary systems throughout the ERP modernization program (e.g., Icertis, Reval, Zycus (iSource), Concur, Serengeti, Pas-X MES, Kinaxis-APS, Veeva Vault, LIMS, Tracelink, Orchestrate, BlueMountain, Tririga, Nemo).
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for boundary systems, including vendor/internal coordination for effort estimation, resource planning, and deliverable tracking.
- Work in a “3 in a box” model with Business stakeholders and System Integrators to ensure alignment, communication, and successful delivery.
- Oversee and manage resources associated with boundary systems.
- Review and validate SI partner functional/technical designs impacting boundary systems; refine solutions to align with business needs and Oracle Cloud standards.
- Ensure boundary-system configurations, workflows, and data structures support end-to-end processes across P2P, R2R, O2C, Plan to Make, PLM/PDH, WMS, OTM/GTM, and EPM Cloud.
- Assess and resolve functional/technical gaps; coordinate with Oracle Support/Development on SRs, enhancements, and roadmap clarifications.
- Support phased ERP deployment, including coexistence with Oracle EBS and transition to Oracle Cloud.
- Collaborate with the Integration Lead on cross-system dependencies (OIC, REST/SOAP, BIP/FBDI, file-based patterns) without owning integration build.
- Lead reconciliation efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency between Oracle Fusion Cloud and boundary applications.
- Coordinate with SI partners on integration requirements, error handling, and sequencing.
- Identify compliant, practical workarounds to avoid implementation blockers.
Qualifications / Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience with enterprise ERP applications.
- 10+ years working with key boundary systems (examples listed above).
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred).
Skills / Preferred:
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud business processes across Source-to-Procure to Pay, Record-to-Report, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Plan to Make, PLM, and Order to Cash domains.
- Expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud and the boundary systems listed.
- Proficiency managing SOWs, effort estimation, and resource utilization.
- Solid understanding of integration technologies (OIC, APIs, file-based interfaces).
- Experience with data reconciliation and compliance requirements (SOX, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Strong documentation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exposure working with 3PLs, CMOs, and other enterprise boundary systems.
