Role: Lead epidemiology activities for CSL Behring’s designated products, supporting R&D and commercial efforts through strategic research planning and execution. Responsibilities: develop and oversee epidemiology research strategies, manage study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting; contribute epidemiologic data to regulatory submissions (e.g., safety reports, development plans); conduct benefit-risk assessments and advance real-world evidence (RWE) utilization; support department development and promote best practices. Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Epidemiology or related field with 10+ years (PhD) or Master’s with 12+ years pharma experience; extensive experience in epidemiologic research, cross-functional team leadership, and regulatory documentation; proven ability to advise product teams and lead organizational initiatives. High-Value: focus on rare and serious conditions such as hemophilia and primary immune deficiencies, with emphasis on post-marketing safety, benefit-risk assessment, and RWE; hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA with 3 days onsite.
