Director, Epidemiology

Role: Lead or support epidemiology initiatives within AbbVie's immunology portfolio, providing strategic input for real-world evidence (RWE) generation throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities: develop and execute RWE strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory, HEOR, Medical Affairs), oversee research planning, study execution, and scientific dissemination; author regulatory and scientific documents; evaluate data sources and methodologies in line with health authority standards, including US and international regulations. Qualifications: MD-PhD or PhD in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, or related field with 3+ years industry experience, or MPH/MS with 10+ years industry experience. Preferred: immunology expertise, strategic planning for observational studies, strong communication skills, regulatory document experience.
