Director, Epidemiology

Role: Lead epidemiology efforts for CSL Behring’s designated products, integrating epidemiologic research into R&D and commercial strategies. Responsibilities: plan, execute, and manage epidemiology studies; develop protocols, oversee data management and analysis; contribute to regulatory submissions with epidemiologic data, including safety reports and benefit-risk assessments; advance real-world evidence generation; support department development and best practice implementation. Requirements: Doctoral degree in Epidemiology or related field with 10+ years (PhD) or 12+ years (Master's) of pharma industry experience; proven leadership in epidemiology, product lifecycle support, and cross-functional team management. HighValue: expertise in epidemiology within biopharma, regulatory submissions, RWE, benefit-risk analysis, and product lifecycle management; experience in biologics or related therapeutic areas. WorkSetup: hybrid model with 3 days onsite in King of Prussia PA or Waltham MA; salary range $250K–$280K plus incentives and equity.
