Director, Enterprise Commercial Data Management

Role: Lead enterprise commercial data management at Pacira, overseeing strategy, architecture, quality, and governance of the company's commercial data ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing data platforms, managing master data processes, supporting data integration and quality, and ensuring data assets enable reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Insights & Analytics, IT, Finance, Market Access, and external data providers, with a focus on in-line products like EXPAREL, ZILRETTA, and pipeline projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8-10+ years in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or data management, with proven experience in commercial data warehouses, master data management, and analytics tools like Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau. Preferred: advanced degrees and consulting background. High-Value: expertise in pharmaceutical commercial data sources—customer, sales, GPO, contract, payer, claims, CRM, digital marketing; experience supporting commercial and trade operations; strong SQL, data governance, and project management skills. Work setup: Office-based with up to 10% travel.
