Director, Enterprise Architecture

Role: Lead the development of enterprise reference architectures, technical standards, and governance for data, AI, and system integration within a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities: define architecture frameworks, oversee Gate 0 reviews, prototype and validate architecture decisions, and design scalable, compliant data governance layers across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial domains; partner with cross-functional teams in AI, security, and platform engineering. Requirements: 10+ years in technology leadership with experience in biotech, pharma, or regulated sectors; knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5; hands-on experience with enterprise-scale systems, data governance, and regulated data domains like clinical and manufacturing; fluency in coding, platform patterns, and architecture decision-making. Preferred: familiarity with modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Collibra; leadership experience in building platform capabilities; prior experience in regulated environments or vendor AI assessment; minimal travel expected.
