A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as Director of Enterprise Accounts, you will:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with our strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to craft and execute portfolio management strategies that enhance market share, optimize pricing, and establish lasting partnerships.
  • Understand and align with the strategic priorities of our clients to deliver tailor-made, value-added programs.
  • Craft and execute business plans to achieve ambitious business targets and drive growth.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities for sales expansion with key strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant sales experience, OR
  • An advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years in sales and leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Cardiovascular Products.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proven negotiation skills that can seal the deal.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a history of developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics software.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, negotiation skills) are a plus.
  • Strong networking abilities to foster industry relationships.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):

$215,000.00 - $215,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
