Director Engineering - Team Lead

Role: Lead a team developing AI-enabled marketing platforms focused on scalable, real-time decisioning systems in cloud environments. Responsibilities include defining platform vision, architecting cloud-native systems optimized for AI workflows, ensuring data reliability and precision, and collaborating across departments for business goals. Lead the design of reusable data capabilities, real-time data pipelines, and decisioning frameworks to support automated marketing workflows. Manage and mentor engineering teams, oversee architecture and technical decisions, and establish best practices for system reliability, security, and automation. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Data, Product, Marketing, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable, high-performance systems. Qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated leadership, expertise in cloud environments, data platforms, and systems supporting marketing operations. Preferred: experience in Martech/Adtech ecosystems, AI/ML systems, real-time data pipelines, and platform engineering. The role involves hybrid onsite work with some travel, and reports to senior management.
