Role: Director, eCOA Management, leads the operationalization of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) in BMS clinical trials, directly supporting R&D pipeline. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end processes for eCOA development, vendor management, quality assurance, and data integrity across therapeutic areas, including complex Neuroscience rater studies; manage global team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH standards; collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders; represent the function in audits and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 10+ years' experience in eCOA operations, clinical trial processes, and technology, with expertise in neuroscience studies; proven leadership, stakeholder influence, and vendor management skills; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, SDLC, and data quality standards.
