Purpose
The Director, Early Talent Pipeline role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and develop early career talent across the organization, leading programs for externs, interns, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals (including MD, PharmD, PhD candidates). Partners with HR, business units, and educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline for future organizational needs, establishing core standards and approaches for early talent programs globally.

Responsibilities
- Strategically oversee the design, implementation, and operational excellence of early talent programs (internships, co-ops, rotational opportunities).
- Create and implement scalable development programs (onboarding, learning curricula, mentorship, accelerated skill-building).
- Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Develop and monitor program metrics; assess and refine processes to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align early talent programs with workforce needs.
- Drive branding and outreach initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Lead with data to analyze talent metrics, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a team for program operations, candidate experience, and post-hire integration.
- Manage program budgets and resources with accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business, HR, or related field.
- 12+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, university relations, or program management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to design and scale talent programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
