Responsibilities:
- Embrace, build, and extend the AI-driven marketing vision, including execution of the Rewire Marketing roadmap.
- Serve as end-to-end integration point across AI-enabled marketing capabilities; align tools, processes, and sequencing for a cohesive brand-team experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing & Launch Excellence, Worldwide Commercialization Learning, CASA leadership, brand/market leaders, agencies, consulting partners) to embed AI-driven capabilities.
- Translate enterprise AI and Rewire Marketing strategy into brand-ready guidance, tools, and artifacts.
- Develop and execute change strategies using market/brand insights; identify stakeholders, engage them, and incorporate real-time marketer feedback.
- Establish feedback loops with marketers and change ambassadors; refine capabilities and adoption approaches.
- Establish and leverage global communications frameworks; enable change champions to build advocacy culture.
- Shape and communicate a transformation narrative aligned to broader strategy.
Qualifications/Skills:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry; 4+ years relevant commercial experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to lead transformative change and sustain adoption.
- Track record managing complex rollout plans while staying agile.
- Strong brand/market insight application.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and tailored training programs.
- Expertise in crafting global communications that drive engagement and advocacy.
- Working knowledge of AI platforms/tools/prompts for marketing.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
