Director, Drug Development Project Management & Pipeline Strategy

Role: Cross-functional Drug Development Project Lead supporting Quotient’s early pipeline, responsible for translating scientific strategies into detailed, integrated project plans and ensuring flawless execution across discovery, translational medicine, biology, and external partners. Responsibilities include coordinating project meetings, maintaining governance dashboards, managing budgets and resources, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and enabling executive review readiness. The role also involves contributing to pipeline strategy development and leveraging R&D data, including genetics and AI tools, for scenario analyses. Qualifications: Bachelor's in biological sciences, 5–10 years in drug development within pharma/biotech, with strong project management experience and knowledge of drug discovery and clinical development principles. Skills include proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with AI/knowledge management tech. Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, advanced scientific degree, and experience with data/AI initiatives. High-Value: early-stage pipeline, integrated project planning, cross-functional coordination, external CRO engagement, governance, and strategic pipeline development.
