Director, DMPK

Role: Lead and manage the DMPK group within Nonclinical Safety Assessment and Development Sciences, providing scientific and strategic input to advance blood-brain-barrier penetrant biotherapeutics from Discovery through IND-enabling studies and registration. Responsibilities: oversee PK, drug disposition, biodistribution, and translational pharmacology strategies, contribute to project team decisions, design nonclinical PK/PD studies, analyze and communicate data to stakeholders, author regulatory sections, and lead staff development. Requirements: PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology/Toxicology, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience including 8+ years in leadership and mentorship; expertise in biotherapeutic drug disposition, PK, and translational science, with a record of advancing candidates through early development milestones.
