Responsibilities:
- Lead the future of Oncology therapeutics, particularly T cell engagers and other protein-based modalities.
- Use deep cancer biology knowledge and the oncology landscape to evaluate new therapeutic opportunities.
- Advance pipeline milestones, including preclinical candidates and IND packages for first-in-human studies.
- Contribute to business development evaluations of molecules/platforms of interest.
- Help develop and execute Discovery Oncology strategy and support staff growth.
- Build a high-performance, inclusive culture and drive drug discovery through strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications / Education:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, etc.) with 8+ years industry experience, or MS with 10+ years experience.
- Extensive cell biology and immunology background.
- Deep expertise in T cell engagers and biologics.
- Proven track record advancing well-designed investigational new drugs into the clinic.
- Experience managing senior and junior scientists with project leadership and strategic contributions.
- Strong communication and attention to detail; highly self-motivated with prioritization across multiple projects.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Deep T cell biology background with biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience beyond T cell engagers (beneficial): antibody-drug conjugates or small molecules.

Required/Preferred Skills (selected): People leadership, strategic planning, preclinical drug discovery, project leadership, oncology/tumor biology, multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship.
