Director, Digital Quality & Intelligence

Role: Lead digital quality and intelligence strategy within Global Quality Management Systems, focusing on quality data, automation, AI, and digital transformation in a regulated biotech/pharma environment. Responsibilities: develop and execute a risk-based QMS roadmap, translate global regulatory and quality needs into scalable digital solutions, oversee data governance and validation, manage a global team of data scientists and software developers, and align initiatives with regulatory expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's in a quantitative or life sciences field; 10+ years in life sciences with managerial experience; 5+ years leading analytics, automation, or AI teams; strong QMS knowledge and portfolio management skills.
