Director, Digital Quality & Intelligence

Role: The Director, Head of Digital Quality & Intelligence, leads global quality data, analytics, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives within Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Regulatory Affairs. Responsibilities: develop and execute a risk-based digital strategy, oversee portfolio and program management for analytics, automation, and QMS modernization, and foster stakeholder collaboration to translate complex quality issues into scalable digital solutions. Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI use, while leading a cross-functional global team of data scientists, analysts, and developers. Qualifications: Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or related field; 10+ years in life sciences with managerial experience; 5+ years managing diverse global teams in analytics, AI, or digital quality. Expertise in QMS, regulated environments, project management, and technical platforms such as cloud, analytics tools, and automation software. High-Value: Focus on digital transformation in biopharma/medical device regulatory and quality operations, emphasizing AI, automation, and data governance; occasional travel required. Work setup: Full-time, day shift, with a full-time salary range of $153,040 to $286,950, based on experience and location.
