Director, Digital Product Management Catalysts
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3–5 product managers/catalysts embedded with priority products, product groups, and enterprise initiatives to accelerate adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM).
- Operationalize the Catalyst engagement model; deploy team members to high-priority opportunities.
- Coach embedded teams through discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, stakeholder alignment, and value measurement.
- Perform hands-on product management while embedded: clarify user/business problems, define measurable outcomes, shape product strategy, improve roadmaps, and connect delivery to outcomes.
- Support capability building by moving teams from output/feature roadmaps to outcome-oriented product strategies and measures; identify capability gaps and address adoption barriers.
- Partner with business, digital product, and technology leaders; influence senior stakeholders toward empowered outcome-driven product teams.
- Define and track success measures for engagements; monitor impact using data/feedback; convert learnings into reusable practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 4 years, or Master’s + 8 years, or Bachelor’s + 10 years in Digital Product Management/Product Leadership/Digital Transformation.
- Plus at least 4 years directly managing people and/or leading teams/projects/programs/resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years digital product management (strategy, discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, delivery, outcome measurement).
- Proven leadership/coaching of product managers; strong cross-functional influence.
- Experience embedding/transforming through hands-on product execution; strong OKRs/KPIs/value realization knowledge.
- Player-coach; excellent communication/facilitation.
- Healthcare/biotech regulated-industry experience preferred; AI-native/product development familiarity preferred.
