Director, Digital Process & Data Analytics, Global Data Management and Standards - Hybrid

Role: Lead the Operational Reporting & Insights function within biopharma, focusing on strategy, adoption of advanced analytics, governance, and talent development in data and digital processes. Responsibilities: define and drive clinical/operational reporting standards across global teams, oversee solution delivery from requirements to maintenance, surface portfolio trends for strategic decision-making, implement analytics prioritization, and champion change management. Build organizational capability through standards, training, and technology evaluation. Requirements: Bachelor's in a health-related discipline with 10+ years in relevant fields and 3+ years of team management; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience. Deep expertise in BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, ThoughtSpot), clinical trial operations, data governance, and analytics. High-value: extensive experience in clinical data management, GxP compliance, and digital reporting within biopharmaceutical environments. Collaboration: multi-disciplinary, cross-functional engagement at an enterprise level, with leadership responsibilities. Work Setup: hybrid with 10% travel; based in the US, with a focus on enterprise-wide digital solutions.
