The role partners closely with Patient Services teams, Omnichannel Lead, and external vendors to ensure platform performance, data integrity, and regulatory adherence. Requirements include proven senior leadership experience in managing marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics platforms within regulated industries; expertise in healthcare or patient support systems; strong knowledge of data privacy and compliance; and relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics). Preferred qualifications cover industry-specific experience, broader platform ecosystem understanding, and agile methodologies. The role demands a bachelor's degree in a related field, fluency in English, and may include vendor or platform certifications. The position is based in a hybrid setup with a salary range of $177,000-$260,000, with eligibility for incentives and comprehensive benefits.
