Role Summary

Director, Digital Marketing, Market Access Strategic Marketing. Lead the digital marketing efforts for the Market Access Strategic Marketing team, setting strategic direction and tactical execution. Develop our digital strategy to address market access customer needs and create non-personal marketing programs for Market Access Account Directors. Collaborate across BeOne Medicines’ commercial and medical organization to support current and future indications for BRUKINSA, TEVIMBRA, and future pipeline products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns to Market Access priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Global Omnichannel team to identify and leverage digital platforms and assets to enhance the Market Access digital footprint.
  • Lead content development and manage maintenance of the external Market Access customer website: BeOneEngage.com.
  • Represent all digital materials submitted to the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) to ensure final resources meet business objectives and compliance.
  • Lead operational tactics such as master service agreements negotiations, SOW submission and budget management for digital efforts.
  • Work with the Evidence team and MVO team to incorporate outcomes studies into nonpersonal communication campaigns.
  • Demonstrate understanding of complex healthcare provider dynamics and evolving market access landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of broad biotech/pharma experience with 7+ years in digital marketing (biotech/pharma emphasis).
  • Preference for experience in specialty pharmaceutical drug class (e.g., oncology) and competitive product launches.
  • Market access experience with health systems, IDNs, large community oncology practices, and/or Group Purchasing Organizations strongly desired.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and disruptive mindset; ability to succeed in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to gain alignment across functional teams.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop others; track record of achievement, innovation, and compliance.
  • Market access marketing experience with or without direct segment-specific customer experience.
  • Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: Hybrid home-office/remote position; travel varies month-to-month to attend industry conferences, conduct insights events, and support field Account Directors.
