Director, Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement

Role: Director of Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement within Pfizer's Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (CGRC) team, focusing on embedding compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity controls into digital and technology initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive CGRC strategies to ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, SOX, Privacy, Security), manage audit and inspection activities, lead remediation efforts, and drive continuous improvement of digital processes. Also, serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, define governance frameworks, and oversee risk management, compliance monitoring, and automation efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years supporting IT initiatives in the pharma or biotech sectors; experience with regulatory standards such as GMP, GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity laws; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage compliance programs. High-Value: focus on technology controls, regulatory compliance, audits/inspections, risk assessments, and continuous process improvement in digital and IT environments. Work Setup: hybrid (2-3 days onsite), with less than 20% travel; based in the U.S., with no remote work option. The role reports to senior leadership and involves direct oversight of team members.
