Director, Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement

Role: Director of Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement within Pfizer's Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (CGRC) team, focusing on embedding compliance and risk management into digital and technology initiatives. Responsibilities: lead development and execution of cybersecurity compliance strategies, manage controls to ensure regulatory adherence (GxP, SOX, Privacy, Security), oversee audit and inspection processes, and champion continuous process improvement. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, support audit readiness, and address compliance gaps through remediation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Information Security, IT, or related field; 8+ years supporting IT initiatives in pharma/biotech; strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity laws; exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working in matrixed organizations and agile environments. Preferred: experience managing diverse teams, process improvement expertise, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in digital contexts.
