Position Summary
We are seeking a Diagnostic (Dx) Lead to spearhead biopharma partnerships and drive co-development and lead opportunities for NGS- and IHC-based profiling and companion diagnostics in oncology.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue IHC and NGS diagnostic opportunities for targeted therapies and immuno-oncology agents.
- Act as strategic thought partner to biopharma senior executives and R&D leadership.
- Serve as BD lead, managing diagnostic partnerships from early-stage evaluation through deal closing.
- Define partnership value propositions integrating scientific strengths with biopharma commercial needs.
- Oversee joint go-to-market implementation (launch timing, geographies, messaging, field deployment).
- Develop external materials to communicate diagnostic value to clinicians, KOLs, and payers.
- Lead partnerships and serve as key escalation point; ensure clear internal/partner communication.

Required Qualifications
- MS or PhD in molecular biology, genomics, oncology, or related field.
- 8+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years in molecular diagnostics, biopharma, or precision medicine with a diagnostics/onco focus.
- Business development track record (e.g., deal sheet), leading diligence and complex organizational efforts.
- Transactions knowledge (contracting, deal sheets, multi-tier/multi-constituent decision-making).
- External-facing BD/partnering event and oncology conference experience (e.g., JPM, BIO).
- Lead customer demos/presentations (in-person/virtual).
- Experience supporting biopharma partnerships involving NGS or biomarker-driven programs.
- Knowledge of oncology therapeutic development, biomarker strategy, and global Dx regulatory pathways.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and program leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent commercial experience.
- Business development or alliance management experience.
- Deep NGS understanding (panel-based, WES/WGS, RNAseq) and clinical application in oncology.
- Experience with LDT and IVD models.
- Familiarity with clinical trial design and biomarker assay development.
