Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations activities to create/enhance inventory management solutions via partnerships with targeted organizations.
- Lead planning, preparation, and implementation aligned to Commercial Operations objectives (e.g., pre-respiratory season planning, testing, order optimization).
- Partner with immunization partners/customers (HS, PBGs) to identify/design/implement novel vaccine operations processes.
- Coordinate customer delivery projects (inventory management, returns processing, supply chain tool integrations such as GHX).
- Coordinate distribution-partner operations to ensure excellent service experiences (delivery forecasts, customer needs, resource utilization).
- Implement Business Operations Plan elements: ordering, customer/product allocations, and shipping processes across Sanofi and VaxServe.
- Conduct market research for short/long-term opportunities.
- Lead development/implementation of order fulfillment solutions delivering measurable differentiation and value.
- Serve as a key information resource on order fulfillment.
- Champion cross-functional communication and manage delivery service/demand metrics and a delivery scorecard.
- Act as liaison to VaxServe/Distribution and Sales teams.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA or advanced degree.
- 10+ years progressively responsible experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, demand planning, business operations, or commercial operations.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives; strong analytics and project management.
- Experience with order fulfillment, product allocation, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Working knowledge of EDI; SAP proficiency; advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
- Experience with distributors, 3PLs, and customer delivery solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in vaccines/pharma/biologics/healthcare; health systems/GPOs/integrated delivery networks.
- Customer supply chain integrations/digital operational solutions; operational transformations/continuous improvement; strategic planning.
