Your contribution
- Participate in ADC research and development programs by providing chemistry know-how and expertise in protein degraders, molecular glues, payloads, and linkers.
- Design and synthesize protein degraders and molecular glues.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the CMC team supporting process development and GMP manufacturing.
- Prepare preclinical documents for IND filing.
- Work cross-functionally within the R&D organization.
- Collaborate with outside partners, CROs, and CDMOs.
A good match
- Ph.D. or M.S. in organic chemistry (or related discipline) with 8+ years of industry experience in drug discovery and development.
- Strong experience in protein degraders and molecular glues.
- Proven track record of creative thinking and consistent delivery (publication/presentation records).
- Highly organized with a proactive mentality; thrives in a team-centered, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in ADC payload, linker, and conjugation chemistry; experience in ADC manufacturing process development.
Your benefits and remuneration
- Expected Pay Range: $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (variable).
