Location: East Hanover, NJ (onsite; not remote). Travel: 15% (domestic and/or international).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven insights to address enterprise- or portfolio-level questions and strategic priorities
- Synthesize and analyze data across therapeutic areas, products, and functions to create cohesive enterprise decision narratives
- Frame key business questions and drive alignment on priorities to integrate insights into enterprise strategy
- Collect, synthesize, and socialize materials for Decision Science leadership governance meetings
- Collaborate with Decision Science LT to align on key topics and enable cross-brand, cross-functional collaboration
- Identify opportunities to expand the IDS product suite to meet evolving US enterprise needs
- Apply best practices in decision science and data analytics to enable proactive, insight-driven decision-making
- Develop new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve delivery and impact of enterprise-level insights
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in a related field required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in healthcare or other business experience
- Domain expertise (highly desired): secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, market access and patient service analytics, or related strategic analytics/management consulting (minimum 3 years)

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $185,500.00β$344,500.00/year
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (depending on level)
