Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven insights that address brand, portfolio and pipeline questions and strategic priorities
- Synthesize and analyze data across product, therapeutic area, and functions to create cohesive narratives for CVM decisions
- Support General Management in framing key business questions and driving alignment on priorities, integrating insights into enterprise strategy
- Prepare for meetings with the Decision Science leadership governance body (collect, synthesize, and socialize material with LT)
- Work with Decision Science LT to align on key topics and enable effective collaboration across brands and functions
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the suite of IDS products to meet evolving US enterprise needs
- Implement best practices in decision science and data analytics to foster proactive, insight-driven decision-making
- Develop new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the delivery and impact of enterprise-level insights

Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred

Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of healthcare or other business experience
- At least 3 years of highly desired domain expertise: secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, market access and patient service analytics, or related strategic analytics/management consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to organize and lead governance meetings; synthesize and present information to senior leadership
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning; ability to drive execution and operational enhancements; teamwork/collaboration and people management skills
- Ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization in a dynamic, fast-paced, multifunctional environment

Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ; not remote; requires ~15% travel (domestic and/or international)

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected: $185,500–$344,500 per year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (depending on level)
