    Qualifications

    • Required: PhD with 5+ years of industry experience or BS/MS with 15+ years of related experience.
    • Preferred: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale data science and AI initiatives across various business functions.
    • Preferred: Strong experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
    • Preferred: Deep understanding of data engineering and data infrastructure, with a strong ability to collaborate with technical teams to build scalable solutions.
    • Preferred: Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
    • Preferred: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Preferred: Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
    • Preferred: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
