Role: Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, focusing on generative AI and large language models (LLMs), to support business transformation across multiple units. Responsibilities include hands-on model building, integrating AI tools with cross-functional teams, and staying current with AI innovations. Act as a liaison between US commercial and India-based data science teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and AI adoption. Requirements: 10+ years in data science, with at least 6 years in pharma; advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), deep learning, LLMs (GPT, BERT), Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch; strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience supporting digital channels and recommendation systems. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical AI applications, especially in healthcare or biopharma contexts.
