Director, Data Products (MedTech Supply Chain Digital & Data)

Executive Summary
- Leads the strategy and delivery of MedTech Supply Chain data products forming the foundation of the organization’s “Digital Brain,” transforming raw data into trusted, business-ready, AI-enabled assets.
- Builds and scales high-quality, reusable data products and semantic models powering analytics, enabling AI, and driving fact-based decision-making.

What this role delivers
- Transform raw/fragmented data into trusted, governed, scalable data products.
- Establish standardized, reusable enterprise data assets as a single source of truth.
- Ensure data is reliable, consistent, structured, contextualized, and consumable at point of need; AI-ready at scale.
- Drive product-based data operating model: shift from project delivery to “data as a product,” embed product thinking, lifecycle ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value data opportunities; track and communicate measurable value realization.
- Define roadmap to modernize data capabilities, governance, and architecture; drive alignment across global cross-functional partners.
- Build and lead high-performing teams/partners.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (or equivalent); Computer Science or related preferred; advanced degree preferred.
- Required: 10+ years relevant experience; data/analytics/AI/digital leadership; track record of delivery + business relationship management; translate business requirements to technology; strong independent leadership in global/enterprise context; strong presentation skills.
- Preferred: advanced analytics, business alignment, critical thinking, data analysis/quality/reporting/visualization, data privacy standards, developing others, digital fluency.
- Travel: up to 10% domestic/international.
