Executive Summary
The Director, Data Products leads the strategy and delivery of MedTech Supply Chain data products that form the foundation of the organization’s Digital Brain—transforming raw data into trusted, business-ready, AI-enabled assets.

What This Role Delivers
- Leads transformation of raw/fragmented data into trusted, governed, scalable data products
- Establishes standardized, reusable data assets as the single source of truth
- Ensures reliable, consistent data for downstream analytics and AI
- Designs AI-optimized data products and semantic layers; structures/contextualizes data for “point of need” consumption
- Drives business value by partnering to identify high-value data opportunities and tracking value realization
- Establishes a product-based data operating model (shift from project delivery to data as a product; embeds product thinking and lifecycle ownership)
- Defines the roadmap for modernizing data capabilities, governance, and architecture; aligns global cross-functional partners; builds/leads high-performing teams

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (or equivalent); Computer Science or related preferred; advanced degree preferred
- Required: 10+ years relevant experience; data/analytics/AI/digital leadership; track record delivering projects and managing business relationships; translate business requirements into technology; strong independent leadership in global/enterprise context; strong presentation skills
- Preferred: Advanced analytics, business alignment, critical thinking, data analysis/quality/reporting/visualization, data privacy standards, digital fluency, developing others
- Other: Up to 10% domestic/international travel
