Role: Director in Data Science for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division, focusing on Oncology, specifically Prostate Cancer. Responsibilities: lead development and validation of novel AI and digital endpoints, manage cross-functional teams, and foster external partnerships to advance clinical trials through advanced analytics, machine learning, and digital health technologies. Drive strategic data science solutions for early- and late-stage oncology programs, supporting regulatory submissions and patient outcomes. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, data science, or related fields; experience with high-dimensional datasets, clinical oncology, and healthcare data (EHR, omics, imaging); strong problem-solving skills and leadership in matrixed organizations. Preferred: expertise in genitourinary oncology, hematology/oncology fellowships, R&D experience at pharma or biotech, and knowledge of regulatory science. High-Value: focus on prostate cancer, clinical development, innovative endpoints, AI and digital health integration, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Location: on-site in NJ, PA, CA, or MA with up to 10% travel.
